We are committed to delivering your orders promptly and securely with EMIRATES POST for Domestic sales within the UAE and FedEX for International sales out of the UAE. Should you have any questions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer support team.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your perfume!

That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy for all of our perfumes. If you're not happy with your purchase, simply return it to us within 7 days for a full refund.

Here are the details:

  • You can return your perfume for any reason, even if you've used it.

  • We will accept returns for up to 7 days after you receive your order.

  • To return your perfume, please contact us at [livperfume.ae@gmail.com] or [https://t.me/livperfume]. We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to return your perfume.

  • Please return your perfume in its original packaging, along with any original tags or labels.

  • We will process your refund within 5-10 business days of receiving your returned perfume.

The only exceptions to our return policy are:

  • Perfumes that have been damaged or tampered with.

  • Perfumes that are returned after 7 days.

  • Perfumes that are not returned in their original packaging.
